In order to start, we need the exact measurements of the replacement mirror you want to buy, such as 1530mm by 968mm (60.27" by 38.12"). To cut mirrors with extreme precision, we employ a CNC machine-controlled process. A cutout in the mirror for a washbasin tap, for example, is an irregular shape that you can request. You can get any shape you want by giving us your specifications. A sketch, paper template, or an AutoCAD file can all be sent to us.
A wide range of mirror options are available from Grand Mirrors, all of which can be customised to your preferred dimensions. Prior to exploring the individualised adjustments, choose the kind of mirror that best meets your needs. Defoggers and sensors that turn on bathroom lights when someone enters are just a couple of the premium features we offer.
Following receipt of the specifics of your order, we'll send you a personalised quote outlining all related expenses. Everything that you require is included with the mirror. Additionally, in order to make sure your mirror is made to your specifications, we'll send you a pre-production sketch.
Review every detail regarding your new mirror. Prior to the start of production, it is strongly advised to take another measurement and confirm the dimensions, options, and specifications. Please get in touch with us if any changes are necessary; otherwise, if everything appears to be in order, we'll send you the final production drawing and invoice for you to approve before we begin manufacturing.
The production of your custom mirror typically takes three to four weeks, but if necessary, we can frequently speed things up for a surcharge. To ensure the highest quality possible during manufacturing, we follow the strictest industry standards for quality control. We only use thoroughly vetted, highly skilled, and well-established transportation companies to ship mirrors. We will give you a tracking number or shipping reference once your order has been packaged and shipped, and you can then get in touch with the shipping company to schedule a delivery time.
